Ingredients

For Zucchini Paratha:
• 1 ½ cups Desi Atta Flour
• 1 Zucchini
• 1 inch Ginger
• 3-4 Garlic Cloves
• 1 Fresh Coriander Leaves
• ½ tsp Golden Harvest Carom Seeds
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Amchur Powder
• ½ tsp Golden Harvest Roasted Cumin Powder
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Chilli Powder
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Fresh & Pure Ghee
• Yogurt

For Veggie Toast:
• Few Slices of Bread
• Butter
• 1 cup Hung Curd
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• ½ tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
• 1 Garlic
• ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
• Half Carrot
• Half Cucumber
• 2 tbsp Red, Yellow & Green Bell Pepper
• Half Onion
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Golden Harvest Pepper To Taste
• Lemon Juice

For ABC Juice:
• 1 Apple
• 1 Carrot
• Half Beetroot

Methods
1. Grate the zucchini in a bowl.
2. Add the ginger-garlic, coriander, all the spices and salt to it.
3. Mix it well and leave it aside for 10 min.
4. When it has released all the water, add the atta to the bowl and knead a soft dough.
5. You might not need to add extra water as water released by zucchini would be more than enough.
6. Use a little ghee for last knead and rest the dough for some time.
7. Divide the dough into 4 parts, shape into small balls. Roll the dough balls on a floured surface and cook on a heated tawa.
8. Use little ghee on each side and cook until parathas are slightly golden in colour & crisp.
9. Serve it with dahi by adding bhuna jeera & chilli powder on top.
