Yoga Inspired Morning Breathing Exercises – the best way to wake up your body | Lazy Dancer Tips

Some people can get up in the morning and just be up and running with their day, other people like me, need to take a bit of time to even just realise that the alarm clock has been yelling “get up!” for the past 15 min.

Either ways I found a very nice productive way to get your body going, that consists in the most effective and simple action every living being does: breathing.
Deep breathing, very much used in yoga practice, has lots of good benefits due to the big intake of oxygen, therefore blood flows around the body faster.
Breathing deeply can be good to relax, expelling toxins, getting our organs to work better, warm us up quickly and, above all, makes us happy!

Hope you’ll find this useful, remember you might get a bit dizzy at first so take a break if need to.
