What is the best time to workout? Should you workout in the morning, on your lunch break, after work, in the evening? Is there a “Best Time” or does it even matter at all?

Bottom line, the quick and easy answer is it doesn’t matter when you workout as long as you workout consistently.
Some people like to workout in the morning because it gets their day started off right and they can get it out of the way and get on with the rest of their day.
Others may find it good to workout on their lunch break.
A lot of folks workout after work or after school, this is usually the busiest time at the gym.
And some folks are night owls and workout later in the evenings.
