WHAT I EAT IN A DAY #2 High Carb Vegan & Healthy + Recipes | Kris The Cat



Hey guys :)

Here’s another “what I eat in a day”. Between my smoothie and my second breakfast I worked out at the gym (legs + cardio).
Today I had a lot of time for cooking and preparing my food :) Therefore I tried to eat very healthy and clean and focused on high carb low fat vegan meals. I don’t count my calories or track my macros or anything like that. I also don’t weigh myself but I can tell that I’m definitely very full by eating that much in a day and I’m pretty satisfied and happy :)
