Watermelon Rind Dosa | New Breakfast Ideas | Healthy Breakfast Recipe

A delicious and tasty dosa that tastes of watermelon and is made with watermelon rind(white portion)..


Dosa Rice = 2 cup
Watermelon rind = 2 cup chopped
Coconut = 1/4 cup (Optional)
Green chilli = 1
Ginger = 1/2 inch
Few Coriander leaves
Few curry leaves
Water as required
Salt to taste

Note: If you are using good quality rice like sonamasoori or idli rice, add 1/4 cup of fresh coconut or coconut milk while grinding. This will make dosa very soft and tasty. I did not add coconut because I used dosa rice.
