Oil — 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds — ½ tsp
Channa dal — ½ tsp
Curry leaves — 1 spring
Red chilli – 1
Coriander leaves or cilantro — chopped for garnishing
Onion — 1 chopped
Turmeric powder — ¾ tsp
Garam masala — 1 tsp
Green peas and carrot — ¼ cup [Cooked with salt]
Ildi — 4
Salt to your taste
