What you will need :
1 cup of semolina
1 cup of frozen veg
2 medium size onions
3 tbsnp of oil
1 cup of water
1 half tspn of pach poron (or mustard seed)
Asafoedita powder (optional)
1 tspn of red chilli powder
1 tspn of turmeric
3 green chilli (to your taste)
1 tspn of ghee (optional)
Corianda (optional )
Ginger
Salt to your taste
