Vegetable Oatmeal Poha | Weight Loss Recipe | Oats Recipe | Healthy Breakfast recipe



The vegetable oatmeal poha is a wholesome breakfast with a twist. The addition of oats, along with tomatoes and veggies, makes this poha nutritious and wholesome teatime snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 cup poha or flattened rice
1/2 cup oats
1 medium size onion, finely chopped
1 medium size tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, finely chopped
1/3 cup green peas
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp sugar (optional)
salt to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
