| VEGAN CHOCOLATE PANCAKES with honey tossed Apples without Sugar || Healthy Breakfast Recipe |



Tasty and healthy chocolate pancakes (lactose free) with the goodness of tossed apples.

CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:
REFINED FLOUR – 100 g
WHEAT FLOUR – 200 g
COCOA POWDER – 1 tbsp
SOY MILK (CHOCOLATE FLAVOURED) – 400 ml
BAKING SODA – 1 tsp
BAKING POWDER – 1 & ½ tsp
HONEY – 1 tsp
OIL – ½ tbsp
CHOCOLATE SYRUP

PROCEDURE:

FOR THE BATTER:
1. Take a mixing bowl. Add wheat flour, refined flour and cocoa powder and mix
2. Add baking soda and baking powder
3. Mix all the dry ingredients properly
4. Add soy milk in parts and gently mix
5. Prepare a medium thick batter
6. Add oil and honey and mix
7. Once done, cover the bowl and keep it aside for about 15 minutes

FOR FRYING:
1. Heat a frying pan. Lightly grease it with oil
2. Using a ladle pour the batter making a round shape
3. Let it cook for about 30 seconds on high flame
4. Then simmer the flame and let it cook properly on one side for about 1-2 minutes till golden brown
5. Using a spatula flip the pancake and follow the same process
6. Likewise prepare the rest of the pancakes

TOSSED APPLES

INGREDIENTS:
APPLE (peeled, deseeded, roughly chopped) – 1 (medium)
HONEY – 60 ml (4 tbsp)
CINNAMON POWDER – ½ tsp

PROCEDURE:
1. Take one apple. Peel and deseed it
2. Roughly chop the apple as shown in the video
3. Heat a frying pan
4. Keeping the flame on medium add the apple slices
5. Then keep the flame on high and let it cook for about 1 minute
6. Now simmer the flame and toss the apples
7. Add honey and keep on stirring for about 1 minute on medium flame
8. Add cinnamon powder and stir on high flame till the apples turn golden brown
9. Switch off the flame and keep it aside

SERVING:
1. Take a plate. Pile up the pancakes to form a stack
2. Put the tossed apples on top and drizzle some chocolate syrup

TIPS:
1. For more thick and fluffy pancakes prepare a thick batter adding less soy milk
2. Add oil in the batter so that the pancakes doesn’t become dry
