Vermicelli- 1 bowl
Oil (for roasting n cooking)- 1 tbsp each
Onions- 1small
Tomatoes- 1 medium
Boiled corns- 1/4 bowl
Capsicum (chopped)- 1/4 bowl
Curry leaves- 5-7
Water(for boiling)- 2 bowls approx.
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Asafetida- 1/4 tsp
salt- to taste
Red chilly powder- 1/4 tsp

Roast vermicelli.
Add water n boil (cook 75%).
Strain extra water.
Pour some cold water to prevent overcooking. Keep aside.
Heat oil .
Add asafetida n Mustard seeds.
Once seeds start spluttering, add curry leaves n onions.
Saute till onions turn pink.
Add tomatoes n cook till tomatoes turn soft.
add corns and capsicum… saute at high flame ( prevent veggies from loosing their colour n crispness)
Mix previously boiled vermicelli n cook for another 2 minutes.
