I have had so many people asking me to do a stretch video following on from my live stretching session on Instagram last week. So here it is, this is a great 10 minute stretch to do first thing in the morning, it will help wake you up and get you ready for the day ahead. It can also be part of your cool down following on from a workout or run. It doesn’t have to be an early morning routine, you can be done before going to bed too. It is so important to stretch your muscles and keep yourselves fit, especially at this time.
