Vacation Healthy Breakfast Recipe: The Sarah Fit Show

♥ See more ways to be healthy & fit! Going on vacation and don’t want to gain weight? Follow this simple vacation idea for making your own breakfast recipe.

1/2 c Old Fashioned Oats
1 scoop Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
1 scoop Whey (or Soy) Protein Powder
1/4 c dried fruit (like unsweetened cherries or prunes) or 1 small banana

Put all ingredients into a plastic bag. Get a hot cup of water. Pour contents into cup, let sit for 3-5 minutes, enjoy!
