Ingredients:
-Wheat Flour: 1 cup
-Oil: 4 tbsp.
-Mustard Seeds: 1/2 tsp.
-Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1/4 tsp.
-Fenugreek Seeds: 1/4 tsp.
-Green Chili: 1 (Chopped)
-Garlic: 3-4 Cloves (Chopped)
-Pinch of Asafoetida
-Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp.
-Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp.
-Salt to Taste
-Sugar: 1 tsp.
-Water: 3/4 cup
-Curd: 1/4 cup
-Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp.
