Two Healthy Breakfast Recipes || Non veg &veg || broccoli with wheat and broccoli with egg



Ingredients:
Broccoli (Cut into small pieces)
Onion (Finely chopped)
Eggs
Green chilly (Finely chopped)
Pepper powder
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Salt
Butter / Oil

Steps:
Add wheat flour, salt, some onion, green chilly and pepper powder to a bowl and mix well.
Add some water and make a thick batter.

Beat the eggs well. Add pepper powder and salt.
Add onion.

Heat a pan and add broccoli.
Sprinkle some water.
Cook on medium flame.
Add pepper powder and some oil.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Increase the flame.
Once it is half cooked, bring everything to the centre of the pan and pour the wheat flour mixture on top of it.
Cover and cook on medium flame.
Flip and cook both sides.
Broccoli with wheat breakfast is ready.
