In 2010 after an awful gym related accident my lower back got so badly damaged that even 7 years later when i squat or deadlift i can’t come down with perfect balance where the weight touches the ground at the exact same time.
i spent some time in with 3 different physiotherapy specialists and formulated my own morning exercises routine that comprise predominelaty of lower back exercises.
Traditional back pain stretches only used to offer me some relief, but it was only when i blended them together in this order you see in the video that the paid would subside for up to 12hrs at a time.
Due to the lower back injury i developed such a tight back and as featured on the leading youtube channels Boxflex, Tapp brothers and the world famous Scott Herman Fitness i learnt that the tension headaches i was experiencing was from the back tension.
It was only then that i discovered the tension headache relief for the tension headaches. You see, when ever we got a headache of this degree it is almost always not actually caused from inside the head, but rather the trapezius, hamstrings and back.
Fortunately i came about this full body stretching routine and stretches for headaches that i was not only able to get back to the gym, but get though a full week without any pain or inflammation at all!
