Stretching (part 1) before the morning workout (parts 2-4)



Here is a routine I have been practicing and growing for a couple years now. It is all I do before the next three parts which get much harder, but if you start out with just a few repetitions, being careful not to overdo it on the first couple rounds, you can find great relief from aging issues. Sore joints and muscles will go away, your breathing improve dramatically, as well as your balance, energy levels, and sleep.
I hope this bit of video will inspire you to do all you can to preserve and better your vessel for you soul and enjoy the gift of this life and body. May it make your body younger, and your energy expand.
