This Strawberry Beet Smoothie is so creamy and delicious. The perfect healthy breakfast and Mid-day snacks to re-energize.
This gorgeous smoothie is a little sweet, and a tangy. Bulked up with loads of plant proteins, minerals.

If you have not had beets and strawberries together, then now is the time to try it out in this incredibly nourishing and yummy.

Ingredients:
– Frozen strawberries 10
– Beetroot 1/4th part
– Peanut butter 2 tbsp
– Plain Yogurt 3 tbsp
– Milk 1 cup
– Honey 2 tbsp
– Ice-Cubes 6-7

Method:
– clean Strawberries and put into zipper pouch and keep in freezer to freeze Strawberries.
– peel and cut beets into small size.
– Pour froozen Strawberries, beets, peanut butter, plain yogurt, Milk, honey and icecubes into blender.
– Blend until well smooth or 5-7 minutes.
– Serve to 2 person.

Tips and variation:
Check whether the consistency and taste of smoothie is according to your liking or not before filling up your serving glass. you can add more honey to increase Sweetness. One fruit should be frozen to get better taste.
