In this video, I show you one variation of my morning exercise routine.
The concept of a neural morning primer (NMP) is simple. It’s a small 5-10 minute circuit-style bodyweight workout that’s programmed strategically to wake up your nervous system, get the blood flowing, kick your hormones into overdrive, and introduce a massive amount of oxygen to your body, thereby shooting your brain into productivity mode. Here are the list of exercises I did in this video:
* Jumping Jacks – 20 reps
* Glute Bridge – 20 reps
* Cat Cow Stretch – 20 reps
* Praise and Bow to the Sun – 20 reps
* Jump Squats – 20 reps
Please feel free to modify or substitute any or all of the exercises I have chosen to satisfy your needs. I routinely change the choice of exercises to keep myself challenged and motivated.
