Simple Morning Exercise Routine



Ok I know this is a little weird. I’m inviting you into my bedroom at 7:30 in the morning.

I wanted to show you a little of my morning routine so you can see how quick and easy it can be to get a workout in amidst your busy mom life.

I use a daily 15 minute functional training fitness’s guru I found on Facebook. I just click the workout each day and get it ripped out before I need to rally the kids. No makeup, no hair done, just quick and dirty in and out.

Exercise is critical for all of us. It helps to keep us focused and feeling good about ourselves. It’s just not something that’s optional. So if this makes it seem more doable for you that’s exactly the point of this video!
