Semolina – Open Toast Sandwhich | Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Kanak’s Kitchen

This is an open sandwich recipe on semolina toast. It is prepared by using semolina, vegetables, fresh cream and yogurt. This is a healthy and tasty dish especially for breakfast.


4 slices bread white/brown
1/2 cup semolina
4 tbsp fresh yogurt
3 tbsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to season
1/4 tsp red chilly flakes
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
3 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
3 tbsp carrot finely chopped
Some fresh coriander
Water as desired
Oil/butter for toasting
