hi thank you for watching my morning routine and workout! i tried to keep it as real as possible but as a college student.. you know I nap whenever I can, sleep in as long as possible and leave as late as I can.

Hip Thrusts with Abduction
– Warm up set
– 5 working sets of 12 reps
Side lunge into Curtsy Lunge
– 3 sets of 10 (side and curtsy combo counts as 1!)
** you can see me struggling and lifting with my chest — DON’T DO THAT
Single Leg RDL
– 4 sets of 12
Cable Pull Throughs
– 4 sets of 12
Abduction machine BURNOUT
– 6 sets of 15
