Rava idli-Simple & healthy breakfast recipe



Dry roast & soak idli rava[1 cup] in curd[1 cup] for 1.5 hours. Heat oil, add mustard,asafoetida, chana dal,urad dal, cashews, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves & coriander leaves saute. After 1.5 hours add water to adjust the consistency of the batter. Add seasoned ingredients & salt to the batter mix well. Grease idli plates with sesame oil, pour batter, steam it for 10 min. Serve hot with chutney
