Waking up after a hard night at the St-Patrick’s Day parade ? Try this healthy superfood breakfast.

Quinoa is high in protein and nutrients, chia is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and flax seed contains high levels of dietary fibers!

INGREDIENTS:
*You can add whatever you like there are NO RULES*

1 cup of Quinoa (You could also do this recipe with steel cut oats)
2 tbsp Chia
2 tbsp Hemp Seed
2 tbsp Flax Seed
2 Dates
Walnuts
Cranberries
