Hot Cinnamon
– 1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
– 1 cup water
– 1 tsp. honey or agave

Banana Oat Bars
– 2 mashed bananas
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup raisins
-3 tsp. honey or agave nectar
– 1 cup of oats
