Quick Healthy and Filling Breakfast Ideas



Hi! Here are 3 quick, healthy, and filling breakfast ideas that are perfect for school or work! Don’t wanna miss out on the fun? Then Subscribe! :) Recipes below!

Recipe 1: PB Sandwich
Bread (1 slice or 2)
A banana
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (or less)
Honey (about a tsp)
Crushed nuts/granola

Recipe #2: PB Cereal Parfait
Plain yogurt (1 cup)
1 Tbsp peanut butter
Crushed nuts (i used almonds)
cereal (your choice)
Dried/fresh fruit

Recipe #3- Banana Oatmeal
1/2 cup Oats
Milk (more if you like liquidy oatmeal, but the banana does add moisture)
1 Banana (ripe ones are sweeter, therefore better)
Honey
Cinnamon (I load up cuz I LOVE me some cinnamon) 😀
Cranberries (I normally don’t put these, but they taste great)
