Quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipe for kids and family – Oat pancake



Oat pancake is a very healthy breakfast idea for kid’s and family. Specially on weekend, something special and healthy as well. Preparation time -20 minutes Serving – 3

Ingredients:

Rolled Oats – 1 cup

Onion(chopped)-1/2

Green chilli(chopped)-2

Tomato (chopped)-1

Coriander leaves (chopped)- 1/4 cup

Grated carrot- ¼ cup

Eggs-2

Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp

Ajwain/ thyme seeds – ½ teaspoon

Added water
