Healthy Quiche
3 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
3/4 Unsweetened Almond Milk
Handful of Shredded Cheese
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Onion
Black Pepper
Salt
Garlic Powder
4 Slices Turkey Bacon
Preheat Oven 350
In large bowl combine eggs, cheese, seasonings. Set aside.
Heat a Oven Safe skillet Medium High- cook Turkey Bacon, add onion bell pepper
Add egg mixture and put in the oven for 45 minutes.
Let cool for 10-20 min.



Overnight Oats!
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Packet Truvia
Stir all ingredients store in fridge overnight!



Protein French Toast
Preheat skillet 350-375 degrees
Whole Wheat Bread
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients, soak bread in mixture
Cook each side for 2-3 min
