last night 2 hour before sleeping (100g brown rice+ 120g chicken breast/ 8 egg white 1 egg yolk/200g paneer +salad )
before sleeping :-
100ml orange juice/1 apple/1 orange/1pears
1 hour before morning workout :-
50 g cereal /3 brown bread+ 200ml milk+ 1 small size banana .

pre exercise meal for evening workout
part 1:- 4 hour before workout large meal(100g brown rice+ 120g chicken breast/ 8 egg white 1 egg yolk/200g paneer +salad )
part 2:- 3 hour before workout ( small meal )
2 brown bread / 100 ml yogurt (dahi)
part3 :- 2 hour before workout
fruits 100g (apple/orange /pears)
cereal 50 g / 2brown bread/ 100ml yogurt
part4 :- 1 hour or less
fruits 100g or juice diluted 200ml (orange,pear,apple,watermelon,grapes)
