Pre Gymnastics Workout Workout | Whitney



Whitney’s optional team has a workout on the track before they have their gymnastics workout. The girls wake up early to get a jump on their day, and to try to beat the heat of a hot Georgia summer day! They thought they were getting off easy because they didn’t have to do the stadium stairs this time, but they ended up having a long 3 mile run and 1 mile worth of sprints! After that, it’s straight to the gym for a long day of gymnastics practice. These girls keep moving!
