Today I’m going to share with u the most regular poha recipe..but u can add some boiled or chopped fresh veggies like potato, corn, peas, carrot, paprika etc.
Flattened rice or Poha-2 cups
Peanuts – 1/3 cup
Chopped onion – 1/4 up
Green chilli chopped, 1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 1 tblsp + 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Lemon juice-2 tbsp
Aloo bhujiya/ sev for garnish
