Like Idli and Upma ,Poha is also a traditional and widely preferred breakfast recipe in Western states of India.
Poha/ Powa or Chirer Polau is a very popular , quick, easy and healthy Breakfast for ur kids.
Today I’m going to share with u the most regular poha recipe..but u can add some boiled or chopped fresh veggies like potato, corn, peas, carrot, paprika etc.

Ingredients:

Flattened rice or Poha-2 cups
Peanuts – 1/3 cup
Chopped onion – 1/4 up
Green chilli chopped, 1 tsp

Cumin seeds-1/4
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 1 tblsp + 1 tsp

Chopped coriander leaves
Lemon juice-2 tbsp
Aloo bhujiya/ sev for garnish
