Ingredients – Vegetable Upma / रवा उपमा / वेजिटेबल उपमा :

Semolina (Sooji / Rava) – 1 & ½ Cup
Onion – 1 cup finely chopped
Potato – 1 cup diced
Peas – ½ cup
Carrot – ½ cup chopped
Beans – ½ cup chopped
Freshly grated coconut – ½ cup
Green Chilies – 5-6 chopped
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Juice of 1 Lime
Curry Leaves – 7-8
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 Tbsp
Bengal Gram (Chana) Dal – 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – To Taste
Hot Water – 5 cups
Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp chopped for garnish
