Pancake Recipe –

Ingredients:

1&1/2 Cups of Flour
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Teaspoons of Sugar
1 Egg
1&1/2 cups of Milk
1/4th Cup melted Butter + more for cooking

In a large bowl mix together the flour , baking powder , salt & sugar and keep it aside, next in a small bowl crack in the egg & pour in the milk.
To cook the pancakes heat a nonstick pan in low heat , when the pan is hot add a small amount of butter and let it melt.

Next mix all the dry & wet ingredients together and add in the melted butter , once the batter is ready pour almost 1/3rd cup of batter in the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes in each side.

Once ready serve it with some Honey and Butter.

Pancake recipe is a super simple recipe & its very easy to make, making pancake is an art & you will master it with practice. you may find making perfect pancake bit challenging but don’t worry in just 3 trials you will master this art. This is a breakfast recipe that kids love so you can make these for there lunch too.

you can try this pancake recipe with out eggs as well just replace the egg with a completely ripen banana, mash the banana and make a smooth paste out of it , mix that with the milk in place of the egg and remaining everything will remain the same.
