Overnight Oats : Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Overnight Oats is a healthy and filling breakfast option that is easy to make! All it requires is a little prep the previous night. Share your favorite breakfast options in the comments below! Read on further for the recipe –

What you need ~~

– Oats
– Milk
– Yogurt
– Sugar/Sweetener (optional)
– Dry Fruits (your choice) : I used Almonds, Raisins, Dried Blueberries
– Vanilla Essence (optional)
– Fruits (for topping – your choice) : I used Bananas
– Honey/Agave Nectar (for topping – your choice)

Recipe ~~

Soak Pure Oats in a mixture of Milk and Yogurt overnight along with a little sugar/sweetener and any choice of dry fruits/nuts and few drops of Vanilla essence. Let them soak for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. In the morning, add fruit and honey/agave nectar (optional) over the soaked oats and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
