Oats Paniyaram/ Oats Appam/ Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipe



Oats Paniyaram is an easy and healthy breakfast recipe using oats powder along with other veggies.

Ingredients Required :
Oats – 200 gms
Chaval ka atta/ Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Rava/ Semolina – 1 tbsp
Gajar/ Carrot (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
Simla mirch/ Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
Pyaaz/ Onions (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
Hari mirch/ Green chillies (finely chopped) – 3 nos.
Adrak/ Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 inch
Dhaniya/ Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
Tel/ Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera/ Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal/ Spot black gram – 1 tsp
Chana dal/ Split chickpeas – 1 tsp
Namak/ Salt to taste
Paani/ Water
