Oats Dosa is a quick, easy and healthy vegetarian breakfast recipe. It is diabetic-friendly and gluten-free as well. Serve it with coconut chutney or your favorite curry.

Ingredients for Oats Dosa
Regular plain Oats – 1 cup (100 g);
Ginger – 1-inch piece;
Green chillies – 1 or 2 (as per taste/optional)
Curry leaves – 10-15
Cumin seeds/Jeera – 1 tsp;
Chickpea flour (gram flour/besan) – ¼ cup (25 g)
*chickpea flour can be substituted with rice flour or wheat flour
Plain yogurt (curd/dahi) – ¼ cup (60 ml)
Salt to taste
Water- 1 ½ cups approx.
Oil or Ghee
