This recipe is Oats Chilla or Oats pancake
This is an instant recipe which can be easily prepared at home. Let’s start the preparation
Ingredients :
Oats- 11/2 cup
Onion- Medium size
Wheat flour- 2 Tsp
Butter milk- 1 glass
Zeera- 1/2 spoon
Turmeric- 1/4 spoon
Coriander
Salt as per taste
Oil
Additionally we can use
Carrot grated
Chopped chillies
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients well with buttermilk and leave it for 10mins.
Take a pan and switch on flame keep it in medium flame.
Heat the pan and pour the batter like dosa and cover it with lid. Heat the dosa with 5 min on medium flame and turn it.
Then the oats chilla ready… Serve with any of chutney
The above quantity of ingredients serve 5 or 6 medium size dosa’s
