my summer morning workout routine

this is my first video and i filmed it pretty sporadically! this routine is usually just 10-20 minutes long and it differs every morning, i cut it down a lot in this video because i just wanted it to be a quick summary!

– if you notice that i lean to one way more than the other (like in my pushups), it’s because i tore my rotators cuff in my right shoulder a few months ago, it still bothers me so i lean so it doesn’t hurt too bad!
