My Morning Exercise Routine for Weight Lose/ Daily Routine to Be Fit And Healthy/10 minutes exercise

Hello friends
Today I am sharing my daily exercise routine to be fit. In my busy schedule i hardly get time to go to gym so i exercise at home for 10-15 minutes so that to maintain my body structure. You can lose upto 5 kgs in a month.

These exercises are very easy and can be done even if you have less time. I usually drink warm water with lemon after waking up and after freshen up i do these exercises on daily basis followed by yoga. If you want me to do video on my yoga routine then please comment below.
