This is my healthy morning routine for when I am not going to work in the morning! Sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed but if you just push yourself to get up and get going then you’ll feel great in a matter of minutes. In this video I briefly go over my skincare routine, workout routine, and what i usually have for breakfast. Of course, sometimes i switch it up and have oatmeal or pancakes or something but avocado toast is one of my go to’s for breakfast because it’s quick and easy…. even though i got a second breakfast, acai bowl. I got the ab workout from pamela rf! She has great videos workout videos.
