My current morning workout routine! Yes! I had WLS 18 months ago.

Hey everyone! My name is Nereida and I had weight loss surgery August 28, 2018. Here are my stat!! My highest weight was 243, surgery weight was 202, current weight 140 and my goal weight is 132. I’m very close. This journey has not been an easy one but I am dedicated to it! Also, I’m doing cardio. I’m on the treadmill for no less then one mile but no more then one hour and that’s about four days a week. The other three days I’m lifting weights. I want to loose weight and build muscle.
