Mug Cake Recipe | 2 Minute Microwave English Muffin Recipe (Healthy, Gluten Free, Low Carb, Paleo)



This is how to make english muffins quick and easy! Ready in just 2 minutes in a mug. This microwave paleo bread recipe is gluten free, low carb with cinnamon and raisins. DIY homemade english muffin made with almond flour, completely grain free and dairy free. Here’s a list of the ingredients:

1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Raisins
Pinch Sea Salt
Dash Stevia
