Good morning, Workout Buddies! ☀👋

I think that yoga is the best morning workout you can do because it takes care of all the areas in your body. Just like you would brush every tooth in your mouth, this yoga practice touches all the major muscle groups as well as the connective tissues to help keep you strong, healthy and elastic 😊 And the optional 5 minute meditation at the end will give your mind some much needed love so you can go about your day in the most perfect way. So, there is no aspect of wellness we missed in this practice. Enjoy the 20-25 minutes while you can and I wish you a wonderful day afterwards!
