Work out with me daily starting today.. It was hard HARD but I pushed through…I was so done maybe 20 minutes in but I pushed through and the workout dragged me along…In the video, I do a 15 minute Yoga, a 5-minute cardio blast and a 5 minute light-weight training then I do a brief cool down on step-up and one last stretch.
If you are struggling that is ok, so am I, we all start somewhere…just get it done with me everyday starting today.
