I’m back with another #FitWithJack video and today I’m sharing my MORNING WORKOUT ROUTINE. Today was a pretty simple day where I just did my morning yoga stretches and a road run. That’s my go-to workout routine when I don’t have a detailed workout plan. Sometimes I like to follow workouts from Tone It Up but most of the time I just do what my body has energy for. If I feel like my body can handle more than a 3 mile run then I’ll keep running. Or if I feel like my body can do the stairs 5 more times then I’ll do it, you know what I mean? I think it’s really important to always listen to your body, no matter what kind of workout you’re doing.
