MORNING workout | Clean Week – Day 3 – STRENGTH

Clean week = morning workout + nutritional diet

Today was Strength training! It was challenging and my arms/legs started shaking but I pushed pushed pushed!

This is a week long clean week program to establish a morning routine and get back into exercising daily.
