I like to wake up, take a cold/warm shower, run about 2 miles including sprints (in Vibram 5 Finger shoes), a yoga burst, 8 minute ab exercises, then some Kundalini Yoga chants in full lotus….then the day flows magically…I recommend creating your own routine/practice
