Morning Exercise



This is to be done immediately after the ‘Waking up routine’ http://countingbreaths.com/fob/relax/waking-up/.

Try to complete this before beginning the morning daily activities.

If you need to go to the toilet any time during the ‘Waking up routine’ or ‘Morning exercise’, interrupt them, go the bathroom, complete just the toilet need and resume the interrupted routine where you left it.
