Monday morning AMRAP home workout!! Bis legs and core



AMRAP MORNING WORKOUT
Equipment needed: bosu ball, dumbbells

✳️10 minute dynamic warm up getting your mind in the right place

Then do as many rounds as possible with little to no rest of the following:

✳️Bosu touch and press x 12
✳️Bosu Front Knee to Elbow x20 per side
✳️Bosu push ups one hand in center of ball x6 per side
✳️Reverse lunge with hammer curl x 10/side
✳️20 Mai Thais per side
✳️Plank with hip rotation x 30 total (15/side)
✳️Prisoner squat with bicep curl x 20
✳️Bosu criss cross flutters x40
✳️Dumbbell Squat Jacks x 15

Repeat as many rounds as possible with little to no rest in 30-45 minutes
