Kadi patta / Curry leaves : 2 Strands
Hara dhania / Fresh coriander : Handful
Hari mirch / Green chilies : 3
Lal mirch / Red chili powder : 1/2 tbsp
Ginger / Adrak paste : 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
