Ingredients For Kanda Poha
Flattened Rice (Poha) – 3 Cups
Onion – 1 cup finely chopped
Potato – 1 cup finely diced
Green Chilies – 5-6 chopped
Oil – 4 Tbsp.
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Groundnuts – 1 Tbsp.
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp. + 1 Tbsp. for garnish
Curry Leaves – 7-8
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt – To Taste
